Delays and Force Majeure: CMR INFRA will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions. Any changes to the timeline due to such events will be communicated promptly.

4. Payment Terms

Invoicing: Payments for services rendered will be invoiced according to the terms set in the specific project agreement.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the project-specific contract, including down payments, progress payments, and final payment.

Late Payments: Any overdue payments will incur interest charges as agreed upon in the contract.

5. Client Obligations

Access to Site: The client must provide timely access to the project site and ensure that all required permissions, approvals, and legal documents are in place before project commencement.

Cooperation: The client must ensure that all necessary inputs, information, and decisions are provided promptly to avoid delays in the project.

6. Health, Safety, and Compliance

CMR INFRA is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel working on the site. We adhere to all safety regulations and standards as prescribed by the Government of India and other relevant authorities.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, confidential, and sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes any technical data, business plans, and financial information.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including plans, designs, and documents produced by CMR INFRA, are owned by CMR INFRA unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

9. Liability and Indemnity

CMR INFRA will perform its services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not accept liability for losses or damages arising from:
